Peter Wayne PhD is Assistant Professor of Medicine and also Research Director of the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine based at Harvard Medical School in Boston, USA. Peter Wayne has worked for many years on scientific evidence of the effects of practising Tai Chi.
On April 11th 2013 he gave a talk and presents a comprehensive view of Tai Chi and the benefits of practicing this ancient form of exercise.
